Welcome to Water View Residency. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or staying at our property, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, reservation process, guest stay, and related services offered by Water View Residency. By using our website or making a booking, you accept these terms in full.

2. Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Water View Residency.
A valid name, phone number, and other required booking details must be provided at the time of reservation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information is provided.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

Standard check-in and check-out timings are as communicated at the time of booking or by the property.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and are chargeable.
The hotel reserves the right to deny early check-in or late check-out depending on operational availability.

4. Guest Identification

All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in, as required by applicable law.
The hotel may refuse check-in if valid identification is not provided.

5. Tariffs and Payments

Room rates are subject to change without prior notice unless a booking has already been confirmed.
Applicable taxes and government charges will be extra unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm a reservation.

6. Non-Refundable Advance Booking

Advance bookings are non-refundable.
Once an advance payment is made to confirm a booking, the amount paid will not be refunded in case of cancellation, no-show, or change of plan, unless otherwise stated in writing by the hotel.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund handling may be governed by the specific rate plan, package, offer, or promotion booked by the guest. Guests are advised to also review our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy page for detailed information.

8. Pool Access

Pool access is limited from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM only.
Pool access may be subject to operational conditions, maintenance, hygiene requirements, weather conditions, safety rules, and management discretion.
Guests are expected to follow all pool usage instructions and safety guidelines issued by the property.

9. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully toward hotel staff, other guests, and hotel property.
Any illegal activity, abusive behavior, damage, nuisance, or violation of hotel rules may result in immediate removal from the property without refund.
Guests will be liable for any damage caused to hotel property due to negligence, misuse, or intentional acts.

10. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for general information and booking purposes only.
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, copy content unlawfully, or interfere with website functionality.
We may update, modify, suspend, or remove website content without prior notice.

11. Third-Party Services

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
